Designed and handcrafted to the highest standards in our UK factory, the Roof Maker Hinged Opening rooflight is perfect for rooms where you need ventilation, such as busy kitchens or steamy bathrooms.
The Hinged Opener features a contemporary, minimal design with frameless glazing that lets water run away without collecting in the casing. It features a concealed chain actuated mechanism which can be operated by a wall-mounted switch or remote control and rain sensor, allowing you to open partway, or up to 250mm, to let air into the room below.
Because the frame sits outside your aperture, you’ll see more glass and enjoy more natural light than with other standard rooflights. If your property is overlooked, you can choose the optional Santinova glass to protect your privacy, but still, allow plenty of light through into your room.

All our fixed flat rooflights are tested to BS 6375 Pt 1 weather resistance standard.
Our glazing is tested to BS EN1279 parts 2 & 3.
Concealed chain actuators allow you to open part way, or up to as much as 250mm, allowing ventilation of the room below.
Fully welded aluminium lid and corners for unparalleled weather resistance and waterproofing.
Choice of glass specifications and tints to suit your requirements.
