Our modular rooflight system is triple glazed as standard and allows you to create a larger design by joining multiple glass panels together. Designed to fit flat roofs, each one is added using minimal steel support, which strengthens the structure without compromising the flow of light.

All of our modular skylights include a 5 Year Glass Breakage Warranty with manufacturer’s professional installation for added peace of mind.

Our triple glazed modular rooflights can be combined in many different configurations, creating distinctive solutions for buildings old and new.

Modular skylights are perfect if you are challenged with an unusual space, constrained by building regulations or perhaps just want to create something really different or unusual.

Whatever your need, the flexibility of the system lends itself to solving many design and build issues such as unique roof shapes, a wasted internal space with potential and more. For larger areas you can also use supporting splits to create roof windows up to 10 metres long, and 2 metres wide making modular skylights the wow factor you need to bring a space to life.

Using our Modular system means you can cover a large roof area – far larger than with standard rooflights. Modular rooflights sit flat to your roof and are barely visible at ground level. They let in a huge amount of light without needing height which can help with buildings regulation approvals where there are restrictions on height or structure.
