Designed for flat roofs, our windows are handcrafted to the highest standards in our UK factory. This fixed flat rooflight range also comes with the heritage and quality synonymous with Roof Maker and is a popular option for both professionals and homeowners. These flat roof rooflights are triple glazed, with 6mm toughened, easy-clean glass and marine-grade powder-coated frames.

Available in made to measure sizes up to 3 square metres in one piece of glass, or choose the modular, multiple pane options that allow up to 10 metres in length with a maximum 2m width. Each rooflight is manufactured to your flat roof’s internal structural opening sizes which maximises natural light into the room below.

Whilst many competitor skylights for flat roofs are simply a glass unit with a frame bonded around them, the Roof Maker flat rooflight features a built in structural aluminium kerb that is Tested to BS 6375 Pt 1 standards and comes complete with a robust powder coated, aluminium integral thermal breaks for the ultimate in rooflight design. Combined with three layers of glazing and with high performance warm edge spacer bars to create a 50mm super insulated glass unit that is structurally bonded into the frame. This proven industry-leading design ensures that any flat roof windows from Roof Maker help retain the interior temperature by preventing heat from escaping and cold spots underneath.

The resin painted glass border gives a minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing finish hiding all spacer bars and IGU seals as well as protecting them from UV light. With the addition of a tint, or choice of privacy and solar control glazing, the Roof Maker Fixed Flat rooflight provides a range of solutions that can be tailored to your individual property. These glass rooflights must be fitted with a minimum of a 5 degree fall in order to promote effective rain run off and keep dirt build up to a minimum.
