Each flat rooflight is manufactured to internal structural opening sizes which maximises natural light into the room below.

Whilst many competitor flat rooflights are simply a glass unit with a frame bonded around them, the Roof Maker flat rooflight features a built in structural aluminium kerb that is Tested to BS 6375 Pt 1, the robust powder coated, aluminium design features integral thermal breaks for the ultimate in rooflight design. Combined with two layers of glazing and with high performance warm edge spacer bars to create a super insulated glass unit that is structurally bonded into the frame. This proven industry leading design ensures that the rooflight helps retain the interior temperature by preventing heat from escaping and cold spots underneath.

The resin painted glass border gives a minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing finish hiding all spacer bars and IGU seals as well as protecting them from UV light. With the addition of a tint, or choice of privacy and solar control glazing, the Roof Maker Fixed Flat rooflight provides a range of solutions that can be tailored to your individual property. These rooflights must be fitted with a minimum of a 5 degree fall in order to promote effective rain run off and keep dirt build up to a minimum.
