Introducing the Hinged Slimline® Roof Lantern
Our Slimline® roof lantern has long been one of our most popular products, loved for its minimalist glazing bars and ability to flood rooms with natural light from every angle. Now, we’ve taken it a step further.
The new Hinged Slimline® Roof Lantern gives you everything you love about the original – the slimmest glazing bars on the market, stunning architectural impact, and maximum light transmission – with the added benefit of a 300mm hinged opening for ventilation. It’s the best of both worlds, without the clutter of adding separate roof vents.
Powered by discreet 700N chain actuators built into the insulated aluminium kerb, the lantern opens and closes at the touch of a button via a wall-mounted switch, remote control, or even your smartphone through WiFi connectivity. And if the weather turns – as it often does – a built-in rain sensor will close it automatically, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
It’s an ideal solution for kitchens, living spaces, and extensions where you want to let hot air escape on warm days or clear cooking smells without compromising on the clean, contemporary aesthetic that the Slimline® is famous for. The lantern arrives ready-assembled and factory-glazed, making installation straightforward and saving hours of work on site.

A Sneak Peek: The Luxlite® Plus
We’re also bringing something very special to the show that we can’t wait for you to see.
Our award-winning Luxlite® pitched rooflight has been a favourite among homeowners and builders alike, thanks to its frameless internal view and exceptional thermal performance. Now, we’re developing the next evolution of this product – the Luxlite® Plus.
Designed to open fully, the Luxlite Plus® will offer enhanced ventilation and uninterrupted views that take our pitched rooflight range to a whole new level. We’ll have a prototype on display at the show, so this is your chance to get an exclusive first look before anyone else.
